Troy Henson is the founder of BE! Coaching and Consulting, a Coaching organization that inspires you to accelerate your learning, challenge your way of thinking and acting, and produce results! Optimistic, patient and empathetic by nature, Troy also has a strong, competitive drive having excelled as a top athlete before shifting his focus to coaching.  BE! Coaching’s mission is to ignite business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs to “BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN YOUR BUSINESS!”

Troy received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara.  He then continued his education at Coach U where he earned a post-graduate degree in Business Coaching.   Troy also is a Certified Networker, an Area Director with BNI, and a Certified Toastmaster.  As a Founding Member of the ILG Givers GAIN Team he works closely alongside Ivan Misner and Brian Tracy’s team.

Troy has successfully coached over 500 different businesses over the last 9 years, including:  PR/Marketing Firms, Financial planners, Law firms, Architects, Sales Professionals, Government Lobbyists, Entrepreneurs, Home Builders, Mortgage and Banking companies, and Professional Athletes.
